Another Pace Heads Up: Front Corner Piece
A couple years ago I reported that my side door came off and the only thing holding it on was sticky tape from the OEM. Pace made it right by coming out to 48-Hours (Sebring) and replacing the entire door assembly with the new updated hinge which now includes rivets/screws (not just tape).
....Well coming home tonight I notice the curved vertical front corner piece flapping in the wind. If you have a Shadow Daytona race trailer just a heads up, if that piece would have come off at speed I would be very concerned and for the record I take exceptionally good care of my equipment.

I purchased new in mid 2007 from Pace dealer. I just spoke with their rep and they are sending part for me to install. The only thing keeping it attached was the blue LED alarm thru fitting and door cleat. Trailer never in accident or anything abnormal, just a spontaneous failure of the tape. I would recommend anyone with this trailer to add a few screws on both panels. Not clear why the factory did not do it as the trailer is covered with screw heads Bottom image is my hack temp repair on the road with my screw-gun and self-tapping screws. With this trailer its a good thing to keep aboard.
