I've stayed at the Hampton in Winchester (Apple Blossom?) and at the one in Inwood. Both are about the same distance from the track but Winchester had more convenient places to eat IIRC. Charlestown has the "entertainment" from what I have heard.. PM Scott or Hunt if they don't pipe in..

I broke the track record in D my second time on the track in practice. Moses broke it right back from me the next session. Not a hard track to learn.

I think the way that the SPBox's ended up spread out so much (almost from the start) at TBolt should eliminate the thoughts of a split start again. Mix em in, makes for a better race!

Maybe not a split start but put cars in the same class together on the grid.

Total clusterfuch. There's too much time difference between cars of the same class. Far better to grid by quali time. Look at what happens when a class is isolated in a split start. Its only a few laps before they are 'mixed in' to the field. The faster cars from the split are the last to be assimilated, but the tail of the split is the first thing that the front end of the main pack have to deal with.
