Default Sato taken out again on Lap 1

I'm beginning to suspect a conspiracy.

I was at the race and was certain that I heard what sounded like a gunshot from behind a grassy knoll around the exit of Turn 1.
The shot took out Sato's tire, sending him helplessly into the wall.
Witnesses report seeing a man fleeing the area, dressed from head to toe in Ferrari apparel.

Sir A.Wayne goes missing immediately after Alonso "screws the pooch" at Spa, and now this....

Sir A.Wayne, please come back. There are so many questions I would like you to answer....please, just come back.

Ninth time that Sato has DNF'd this season. Hell even Milka finished this race.

What an unsatisfactory ending to the race. I understand that fuel strategy is part of racing, but Helio was never really a significant part of the race until the very end when everyone else (more or less) had to pit for fuel. Good racing right up till then.

Now you know why Sato is no longer in F1.

It would take an extraordinary sharp shooter to hit his tire at that speed. I suspect it was an IED on his car triggered by a man in red.

Strangely, parts of what is suspected to be an IED were recovered and the label "Bose" is legible. A. Wayne is considered a person of interest - wanted for questioning after discovery of a sign saying "take that Lewis" lying under a cell phone which had dialed only one number.

I'll bet Sato drives Flat Out all the time. Well at least until he crashes, then not so much.

Sato gives a really good interview too, full of insight.

Broad: "Takuma, you asked to see the replay because I asked you what happened, you said you really don't know".

Sato: "No, I just suddenly lost the back end into the turn 3...I don't know really"

Sato used to be a lot sharper. I think breathing all that carbon fiber dust and shards is bad for the mind.

He was just distracted by Lindy.

OMG. The story of the dentist is awesome. Don't we have a few dentists here?

Driver: DR. JACK MILLER

Another good marketer who couldn't drive a greasy stick up a dog's a**. A dentist by trade, he conned CREST into sponsoring him after he "won" the March division of Indy Lights (in which, of course, he was the only driver). So he'd get lapped five times and then have the ***** to climb on the podium and spray champagne.

By himself.

An in-car video camera caught him turning the kill switch on and off during an early IRL race, and then pulling in after telling his crew something was wrong with his car. And there was: he was driving it.

The fact this clown was ever allowed to drive on the hallowed grounds of the Speedway is reason enough to hate the IRL forever. If he really wants to make a contribution to IndyCar racing, he should get out a toothbrush and scrub his name out of the history books.

I find it amusing that the author of one of the most recommended books on performance driving, Ross Bentley, author of Speed Secrets, gets mentioned as one of the all time worst drivers in that article. I guess some people are better at teaching than doing.

I think the board underestimates the talent Sato has. He could easily go into NASCAR and make a living as one of the "Start and Park" guys. The trick is telling him to not crash before bring in the car and parking it in one piece after lap 1.

Quick Reply: Sato taken out again on Lap 1
