Webber is quick... I don't think anybody can argue that.

My guess is that Webber will bin it and not win it.

He crashes more then average, and gets tangled up with other cars more then average... Can you deny that?

All in good fun...

I couldn't agree more. Hopefully someone else than Brawn realizes the potential of Nico and stops the usual Brawn-Schumi stuff.

Keep in mind what Barrichello said earlier this year, that in order for you to beat Michael you have to do it on your own, against the entire team. Which makes every win by him and every other one of Schumi's team mate even more impressive. He had the RIGHT to see and analyze every single team mate's telemetry as told by Herbert and admitted by Flavor Flav.

I think Nico needs to heed Rubinho's advice, leave the team if you want to have a chance.
I'm not sure anyone is, I know I'm not.

Shame ****, different day...

Interesting stuff what Rubens said, kinda like when J.J. said Schumi's car had three buttons more in steering wheel than what he had when they were at Benetton...

I thought Rosberg was in with a really good chance today. It did not go according to plan in Q3, and I don't know if there is any validity to what Schumi said, I'll grant you that. However, in terms of having a good car and a shot at pole, I did not see anything that indicates that Rosberg was getting the shaft from the team. Let's see if your prediction of Rosberg being held up in the pits tomorrow comes true. I doubt it.

EVERYONE WHO PICKED ALONSO TO WIN THE RACE JUST CALM DOWN

Don't you understand? This is FREAKING Fernando Alonso and he always has a backup plan if he doesn't qualify well. He just needs a Brazilian teammate to do what he says. Are you listening Felipe??????

All you Oliver Stone types can stop smoking what A. Wayne is dishing out and get back to reality. Mercedes went back to the short wheelbase car for this race and Schumacher and Rosberg were separated by 5 hundreds of the second and that is after the "BRAWN GAMES" to slow Schumacher up when Rosberg checked up on Schumacher.

It's quite evident that just 6 races into the season Schumacher has come to grips with this new car, whether it be a long or short wheelbase, that is so much more different than the one he last drove 3 years ago and will only get faster and faster as the year progresses.

This is truly amazing as there were so many haters out there that thought he would quit because of his neck injury or that he had lost it completely. Others who were more optimistic said that it would take him an entire year to get up to pace.

Sadly, we now how the conspiracy theorists that come out to play once Schumacher is on pace, well before expected.

http://f1.gpupdate.net/en/formula-1-...-mate-rosberg/

Don't worry everyone, as Schumacher starts to beat Nico on a consistent basis, A. Wayne, Finn, MJ and others will start the "Schumacher is getting the better pieces, the newer aero updates, better dynoed engine" than Nico. I've heard this all before..

We're only on phase three of the haters 12 step program. Even if Schumacher wins the WDC, they will say it was all smoke and mirrors, dirty tricks (Although no one ordered anyone to crash for them or stole other teams dossiers), etc. etc.

The culmination comes at step 12 when the haters say, "Bernie and the FIA are favoring Schmacher. They want him to win, etc. etc. It never ends. There is no stopping the Oliver Stone Conspiracy types.

Dats , Rich , you talking about conspiracy theories ! What happened to your thesis on Hamilton's WDC you ranted on about it for months..

Yet you whack on about schumacher and still not willing to put your money where your mouth was!

Derka , Derka ...

PS:

A little secret your Hamilton pick is about as good as my Alonso pick at the moment ...

Alonso sucks. He should be with Lotus next year.

Or maybe the Craftsman Truck Racing Series.

LOL @ you....................maybe you should ckeck sector times, your boy could not shake the grandpa as a matter of fact MS was faster.

MS is already in Rosbergs head, it is pretty obvious and if he is such a bad *** as you claim and even a WDC contender , lmfao, how come he can't completly park the methusalem at every chance he gets ? If the young MS from the Benetton days would have raced the current MS in the same team he would have decapitated him...................

As for DJ Wixeraynsky, once upon a time a certain driver parked a car in qualifying and rightfully was demoted to the end of the grid. Said driver ended up in the top five after literally rolling up almost the entire field.......................so when you claim there ain't no passing in Monaco lets see if your Spanish Queen can do something similar................and don't give me the donkey car BS because his ride is great as was the said drivers ride some moons ago.

There's no winning in the MS argument no matter which side you're on.

Pro Nico
1. Nico beats Michael, MS is overrated. (see #3)
2. Nico loses to Michael, MS has the better equipment etc (and we will never know for sure). (see #4)

Pro Michael
3. Michael loses to Nico, it obviously has nothing to do with having been out of the car for such a long time (which we can of course know for sure if this is the case) or not having time to work to find a car that suits him. (see #1)
4. Michael beats Nico, he's supposed to do so, and probably has nothing to do with the fact that he has priority in testing, feedback, etc (which we know for sure). (see #2)

If I forgot anything please add it in.

Great race for Red Bull but predictably boring unless you're into watching pit passing and Alonso pass backmarkers.

Great Race. It would be interesting to see if RB now checks out on WDC and WCC. Looks like they have finally sorted out all their early season mistakes/problems.

I guess that Webber is finally feeling like his old self after that injury 2 years ago. I always felt that if he could just get it together a little more and catch a few breaks he would be a driver to reckon with. Who here remembers him with Williams and then with the emerging Red Bull, consistently qualifying much better than the car deserved.
