Default Boxster Accu sump installed

After running the spec boxster for a season and watching the oil pressre drop drastically in the corners I had a buddy of mine make an adapter that screws in the stock oil filter location and allows for AN10 lines to run to the sump. So far zero problems and the oil pressure is steady as a rock. I sleep better at the track now.

Looks like a nice setup, where does the oil get filtered now?

Very nice job Chris that looks great. We are putting together a similar system for a few of our customers. I am planning on offering a kit far anyone interested. I will probably also design a package for 996/997 cars as well. They should go a long way towards preserving the bottom end....All the best, Jerry

Remote filter in the trunk. Also make the oil changes a lot easier.

I had him make several when we got the design finished. They will also fit 996/997/cayman.

Thanks Jerry. Let me know what I can do to help out. Did you install the one I sent yet? I can take some more pics of 2 different installs on boxsters for you.

Hahahahahaha!

And you're right. Maybe I'll put chains on the M3.
