Default Another Motor Bites the Dust

I have an Ex-Koni 997 that has gone through two motors recently, and getting frustrated with the 997 base motor.
Has anyone out there put the 09 997 motor in a 06-08 997??

There are many reasons for the failures. After seeing dozens of these engines and doing failure analysis we have corrected many of the problems with these "metzger" street engines. They are subjected to continuous high rpm, high g loads and tunning that pushes the limits. We have also found many man-made problems with assembly and material choices. There are also some motorsport parts that are legal to use and adaptable that reduce the stress and produce reliable power. If you can send some detailed information to my e mail address, maybe we can help. We would need to know, the history of the car, what type of failures, who programed the ecu, what the rev limit is, how many hours on the engine, etc. We have Koni spec engines, ready to go, on the shelf for test days at Daytona. They will not last long, several are spoken for already. my contact is mike@bodymotion.com or 732-493-2700 during business hours east coast time
