Yes, but that won't stop them. Top Gear news on Sunday night said the Aussies already figured out a solution. They dug holes and buried reserves ahead of the race in the fields.

One Case Per Person!?!?!?!! ******. Kimi always ran faster when he had a whole compliment of beverages including beer by the barrel... PER DAY. It's only when the global economic recession hit and Ferrari had to cut back on their driver perks that Kimi started to lose speed leading to his eventual release by the Scuderia.
Kimi tried to negotiate the same "Vital Fluid" deal with other teams, but was unable to do so and is going on Sabatical".
