Default FS: 02' 996 Koni Challenge Race Car

Hate to do it as I really like this car and have put a lot into it in the short time I've owned it... But my family (3rd kid in 4 years was born 3 weeks ago) and work responsibilities have increased to the point where I cannot devote the time needed to to a "Race Only" car. For now I'm better suited in a DE/ Streetable car. That said, I'm considering trades towards a 996 GT3. Preferably track ready... Seats, Roll Bar, Harness, etc.

This car is really, really well set-up!

Thanks!

No time to have a car like that just sitting in the garage.. I may hit the track 6-8 times in the next year... I'd like to get a street car that is fun at the track.

Dave that's a beautiful car and I hope it sells quickly.....

The Koni cars were always fast, well prepared cars. They ran 17' rims and I'm curious, what size tires and rim widths do you use. I ask because we're on 18's in the 996 Spec series and I think we'd be better suited to 17's since we have stock gearing. Just wondered which you were running....

275 & 235

Even with the 17" I have big floating hat rotors on the front. Tires are inexpensive too.

Good luck Dave!

This is a great price. I know firsthand what it takes to get these cars up to snuff and looking good. Anyone looking for a fast and SAFE car should strongly consider this one.
