Ugh I think Tucker's car could give a cup car a run for its money. I drove a similar car in the Enduro on Saturday. My fastest lap time was a 1:29.5xx and I did a couple of those mixed in with other 1:29.xxx and some 1:30.xxx with traffic. The best part about it was the car I drove was almost like driving a Cadillac.

That I did. It was all nice and plush out there which I need as I am starting to feel the affects of old age. I should have gone faster but my reflexes aren't what they used to be.

He needs 20 years to catch me. This is the only time that I'm in front of Seth.

You have the bug big time! Glad the BMW event was so rewarding for you. Roland (Black Turbo) and I have already exchanged emails on the subject of "what now." When you start doing DE's in a fast car and then you decide you want to race, what do you do? So many guys say you should go down to something like 944 Spec, but the difference between 415 Hp and 150 seems like such a big leap. It may be absolutely the right thing to do, but it is hard to stomach. Would be great if you chronicled your thought process here on Rennlist for all to see.

It will be fun to watch and see what is next for you.....

Great suggestion to zmann.

When you are considering racing and can't decide if you want to do a Spec 944 or a 700HP turbo beast of a 911 there is a simple solution. Before you spend all the money on building the 700HP beast split a weekend with one of your buddies in a Spec 944 or something similar. Get a taste of the racing in the lower HP car and see what you think. I would put money on it that you would have fun in either car.
