Default The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein

I stayed up well past my bedtime last night reading The Art of Racing in the Rain, by Garth Stein. It was one of those books that I read from start to finish before I could go to sleep. It is a great storyline from an interesting perspective that uses concepts we learn and use on the track and applies them to life. Especially life when it is tough- like now.

Anyway, I thought it was worthy of a recommendation to y'all. Enjoy

Yup, just read it last weekend on a flight home. Great read, though pretty wrenching at times.

read it last year. thought it was great. largely accurate on the racing bits too, but there was one error, although I don't recall what it was.

It was a good book. It was introduced to me by driver Kevin York, upon whom the character was loosely based.

Indeed. I am very blessed.

Northeast...hmmm, I don't think so. I'll be at Roebling in September and Daytona in October. Wrong direction!!!
