Putnam Club Race was always one of my favorites when we lived in St. Louis (well, except for the time Hupfer ran me off the track ).

Weather forecast for the weekend is as good as it could possibly be in July in Indiana. Partly cloudy with a high of 69 Saturday, 73 Sunday.

If I was a racer that lived within a reasonable drive, I wouldn't miss it!

Have fun guys! I'll be thinking of you.

Joe

What a fun weekend! The weather could not have been better. The local region did a great job putting on the race and DE. Putnam is a fun track, has a good flow and decent speed for its relatively short length. I have some video from the 2nd sprint I will post up in the next day or so.

Thanks again to the local region and PCA national for a great weekend.

Perfect weather this year. Lots of G cars. Looking forward to Road America. And yes, Crossman was flying.

Sorry I missed it this year. Congrats David! I had looked forward to dicing it up there, as we were so close at Gingerman. John - look forward to meeting you at RA. There should be like 14+ G cars.

Wow, Doug was flying. Congrats David on your Class "G" win. I guess the rookie "X" comes off huh? Hoping to get the car back together by Road America.

Thanks. I was told (by the scrut.) that the X stays on for 4 events not 4 races! Bummer. Ben better get that X back on.

David,
Congrats on the win. Sorry I missed seeing you race. Putnam is my "home" track, living only 35 minutes away. The club races always conflict with the historic races at Road America on that weekend. Perhaps I will make it up to the club races at RA on Labor Day weekend.
BTW, thanks again for the fine instruction at RADE.
