i wouldn't watch if Ferrari is not there because it means some others big teams are not there either.

Of course bigger grid would be great but I much rather watch the grid of Formula 1 from last season than the grid of 30 cars which are equal to GP2 or even worse, like IndyCars or something.

Here is a silly question.
Does 'Formula 1' even need the FIA?
IIRC, the FIA only has direct control over 6 forms of motor racing (I know one of them is karting, due to the FIA/CIK governing body), WRC and F1 are 2 others.
There are other successful series that run outside of direct FIA control.
Bernie will follow the money....always.

Finn, where you been?

The manufacturers need a commisioner they all respect, somthing a kin to the NFL where the teams pay the commissioner and is their employee, but he sets the rules and direction for the "Best interest of the game", but the teams vote on new rules or procedures.

Cut the FIA out of the equation completely. But whom could the FOTA hire that would be impartial and in the best interest of the sport?

And no, not A. Wayne...

I don't care for the ugly machines. The wings are out of proportion.

Just traveling around and being busy but I also have to say that for the first time in 30 years I've lost interest with Formula 1 because of this years rules/cars and this whole FIA crap for next years rules etc.
