270whp Harley engine?
Well i didnt know where else to put this.
A guy I work with has a chopper with a modified HD Screamin Eagle 103. He told me it's worked all the way and now its a 130 inch motor(2.1L). He also claims it made 270hp at the rear wheel. I have a very hard time believing this and just want to make sure that hes bsing.
Has anyone ever seen a HD vtwin make this kind of power naturally aspirated?

The guy was FOS! No way they can even get close. They don't have the breathing nor the head cooling for that kind of power. The best I've heard for those big inch Harley motors is about 1/2 that.

Let me put it this way. Ducati's Moto GP Bike produces 240hp at the crank and it last 1 race & 1 Qualifing session (3hrs max).
These is no possible way unless he is running nitro methane and rebuilds it after every stop light like the drag bikes.

S & S Cycle builds a 300 hp normally aspirated engine, it just doesn't look much like a Harley engine anymore.
More than 150 on a street bike? Doubtful.

That's what I thought. I didn't want to call him out on it since I don't know much about the engines, but comparing it to other motors it just seemed ridiculous. I'd think that the castings would blow up with that kind of power. That S&S motor is definitely billet, hence 300bhp
He also said he did 190 on the bike.

190 on a HARLEY?? No frigging way. No way you'll get up there with no farings. And if you did with his nitro motor the wind would knock him clean over.
Oh and i call bull**** on the 270 to the wheel. 100k motoGP bikes can't do that. Turbo busa's sure. but a twin, no way.

A Moto GP bike is also .8L, roughly 1/3 the side of 2.1L. Is it true? I don't know. I wouldn't be ultra surprised if it was though.

Those little honda 1.8 liters can do it, but they are 4 bangers but still, NA. I think hondatech had a 300frwhp motor that was running Speed Touring. The Honda S2000 I run with has a blower on it and its making 500rwhp on 17psi of boost using a 2.2 liter.
edit: quick google found 233rwhp for a NA vtwin at 114CI
