That is not the actual car but a search of the closest represntative sample I could find.

I do however have a good story on the VW plates I had. I would change them every year and had one revoked by the state of Ohio after I had it for 4 mos.
If you remember the VW marketing Farfegnugen? my plate was FKNGRVN
I replaced it with 1FLYGTI

I was cool

I had "T1HS ON" revoked by Texas after someone took a picture of it & it made it to Car & Driver's 10 Best License Plates issue in like 1998 or 1999.

Yo Dave...While you regret selling the 550, have you seen the prices lately?! Oh my...be glad you sold it when you did. I just found a 29K Rosso Red 1997 550 Maranello for $69K recently.

You're right, Chad. Mine was a 2000 model, but I had ~25,000 miles on it. Ferraris are meant to be driven! I am sure it is worth a lot less now than I was paid. But I sold to a friend, who gave me first right of refusal to buy it back if he sells it after my daughter is a bit older & can ride in it.

1950 Chevy two door Deluxe complete with exterior windshield sunvisor, fender skirts, split manifold dual exhausts and.....a gas tank that whistled until it was full and then quit whistling.....manufactured before gas pumps had automatic shutoffs. my Dad warned me I'd always regret selling it and I do

06 Evo MR is my mistake.
Land Rover Defender 90 is a very close second.

had tremendous fun restoring a 300 and 600 with my FIL, and BTW by far these cars were huge favorites and smile makers whenever we took them out.

LOL,..Financial reality: I had two cars and couldn't afford to keep both. I had a great offer for the RS LWT at the time (1980) and thats the one that drove away.

Hindsight (20-20) being what it is, a genuine bone-head move.
