anyway, you don't get it, nor will you ever. I feel sorry for any student that you may encounter, due to your inabilty to learn anything new, or admit when you are wrong! (you did say you are some type of "professional " driving instructor. LMAO!! If you stop learning, you start dying, mentally! And so does your value to anyone.
so, open your mind. Answer the question Ive posted for you . stop trying to deflect your clearly incorrect answers to the original question here, by tossing insults at me. go back to posting cleaver Avitars. thats what you are really good at!

IRONY.
You just can't help yourself, can you, Mark? Sounds as if maybe you are upset/jealous no one is willing to pay for your on-track "expertise". Sorry if that is true.

Here is a rough approximation. both are very very close.
BMW from 6k to 8200rpm average 406hp.
CTSV from 4500 to 6200 average 402
the tie breaker really lies in HP-seconds. both of these cars would put down almost the same power at any speed.
Point is, the caddy has 420 torque and the bMW has 320torque.

Oh, you're right. But anecdotal info is they are both more or less equally inaccurate. There was a ~10 mph difference observed at the braking point for T4 at TWS, reflecting their launch out of T3. As for the human eye, well, 10 mph is probably a bit more (on that short straight) than any errors in my vision.

Jump higher, little fellow. Sorry you are so envious.
PS: Your new "um friend" Ryan was never a student, nor a friend. Do you lie for a living?

I know this can't be over simplified but which is better for road course duties? Let's say all else the same on one car. But the only differences are.
Car A (supercharged)
400 hp 396 torque
Rev limit 6100 rpm
Peak torque at 3800 rpm
Peak hp at 6000 rpm
Car B (N/A)
400 hp 300 torque
Rev limit 8400 rpm
Peak torque at 6100 rpm
Peak hp at 8200 rpm
Car A (supercharged)
400 hp 396 torque
Rev limit 6100 rpm
Peak torque at 3800 rpm
Peak hp at 6000 rpm

Rev limit 8400 rpm

So if you go back to the original question, which was the SAME CAR, with the two different engine options, the supercharged car spanks the normally aspirated car because they have the SAME HORSEPOWER, but the SC car has 100 ftlbs more torque....assuming the gearing is proper for both power curves, everything else is the same the SC car wins, anybody want to argue that?
...uhhh....do I get a cookie?........
