The new guidelines (mostly clarifications of the TOS with some changes) we posted in a new forum, just for that purpose. There was (and still is an announcement at the top of every forum, including this one. I posted a discussion thread about the guidelines hoping that folks here might want to chat about them and understand them better.
Just a bit sad that there is so much off-topic chat on that forum, but if more people move the discussion there it would be good.

One thing I've hated about this site since joining is the absolute blood baths that have been allowed over and over for years when new person comes in and posts their experiences... Allowing the "Senior staff" the ability to gutt the poor hapless person like some fish never seemed reasonable or acceptable to me.

Ahh hell that just builds character, something all of us need. I fully expect that when I post up a vid of my 1st track day I will take a beating on all accounts, from those I know and those I don't.

I think that Rennlist is by far the best site of its kind, because of the moderaters.
I would send you a bottle of great single malt scotch, but I don't drink.
This place is great, and since the 'Porschephile' days I have been on Porsche web forums ever since. This is great community - when I lost my dad and 2 siblings last year, this is a place I came back to for support and engagement.
