I think NJMP is the end of August.

There's not much on the "tentative" 2009 calendar listed on the CR website (something like 4 dates). The easier way if you have to forecast to plan ahead (vacation, etc.) is to check the specific track calendars.

What would everyone think about Mid Ohio being in Mid August? There may be no way to do it, but I noted that they already run a DE in August, why not swap the weekends?

Again, I probably should mind my own business, but I'd love it to be in August, especially since VIR is now in June.
Troublemaker -- We always have an open mind. Maybe an issue with getting the third day as our August date is just two days at the moment. Bluntly, we are still trying to figure out if Pete's Idea"all sprints" is what you guys want. From the looks of both threads, it looks like you have fans in both camps. We are working on the schedule now.
By the way, no worries, I would not kill you, but i might run you over.

On Zone 2's web site, the VIR race is 6/26/09 to 6/28.

On UCR's web site, the Mosport race is 7/31/09 to 8/2.

Rumor is the NJMP race is 8/28/09 to 8/30.

Please keep the date. I will be there in May. I will not be there in August.

Please keep the enduro.

No worries, I don't see us making a change on the date in the foreseeable future, Our club has always had the spring race and one of the first of the season, we struggled to move it back to catch some better weather. Enduro is likely safe. Will be posting schedule as soon as its finished. (soon)

Yeah, well....wouldn't be too hard in my little 914

Sorry, just thought I would ask in an open forum. Looks like it's not possible. I'm being a bit selfish because I'll never be able to do the May race and I really want to try it. Too many conflicts in May...

I don't see any major date change this year, but who can read the future, not me. I am sorry you can't make it but when you do, I will buy the beer afterwords.

Your best bet for seeing the 2009 schedule is with PCA. Either in Pano or online. Every race is tentative until the race application is submitted. Most regions don't post their events to ClubRegistration.net until maybe a month before registration actually opens.

Even though I can't make the race, we may do the DE in August...

This VIR move to June is going to be a problem.... Within 6 weeks, we have Mid Ohio, WGI, Barber (unless they move that date) and VIR.

so many races....so little time....

I would like the three day events to go from Saturday through Monday instead of Friday through Sunday. Since all of the practice is the first day, I wind up having to take off Thursday and Friday whether I do the enduro or not. Some tracks have restrictions on Sunday morning, so the enduros wind up being Sunday afternoon which leaves a long tow to get home late Sunday night. By moving the enduros to Monday morning, I could choose whether to take one day of vacation or two.
