Have you made arrangements for extra skins for Daytona or are you going to drive up blast around then drive back which I am begining to think is the correct route.

Thanks for the offer but the aformentioned girls have me busy with LAX and some other family stuff. I do look forward to hearing the tall tales from the weekend. I am very confident many will be simply unbelievable. Fast forward a few years and you will feel both my joy and pain.
Cheers.

Driving down on my trusty RA1's, but just like last year I have Bob Woodman bring a spare set of tires in case they don't make it. Will just need someone to take them home for me if I don't need them. Probably just throw them into Brian's or Peter's trailer. :-)

I am bringing an extra set of unmounted 25% used R888's so we should have spares if someone runs out of tires..Loading up the trailer Wednesday if anyone needs to throw stuff in there leaving Boynton on Thursday noon, we have some room for extra wheels etc.
I have been looking at video of Daytona and I will run a similator to practice maybe Thursday night, maybe I can get used to the 170MPH + virtually first
One of my customers is going to Daytona to practice for the 24 hours in a posche so maybe I'll go up and check it out a couple of days early.
Christian, we do not have a good kart dealer in South Florida otherwise I would set you up, but I think no shop will be pleased if you show up with someone else's chassis.
The track support and driver training is the most important when you get into karting.
Our factory race team and maybe a dealer or 2 will come to the wintertour, if you want to hang in our hospitality tent and learn what's what, you are welcome (I always hang out in yours after all ;-) but no local shop unfortunately.

Think Tony Kart.....Andre Martins Tony Kart USA
Think Advanced Karting....Donald Formal (his son Danny is one of the top Juniors in the USA)
(if you prefer something different from Tony Kart green, there is always a Kosmic or Alonso kart (Tony Karts painted very attractive shades of blue)
Disclaimer: my son is on a Maranello RS7
