ARRC at Road Atlanta - anyone esle going?
We'll be there with the #77 car again, aiming for podium or better this time!
Any other rennlisters planning on being there? We'll probably be off in open-trailer purgatory...

LOL... no, I'm in Group 1 - ITB/ITC (my car's an ITB car, not an ITS 924S).
They don't suffer from bump-drafting like many, but it's real hard to catch a draft offa them! As the VW's have found out the hard way... heh heh heh...

I'll be there.
Car # TBD (right now it's 1 because it's teh easiest number to make)
Club Continental Group Wings and things and the group 11 bonus race. We don't do bump drafting very often.
If anyone needs gear trackside delivery will be free of course and good deals to be had. I have a couple of Racetech 4009 seats, one HR and one WHR that are sitting hear that I'd be happy to bring for someone.

Kewl... any FF or FC rollers, trade ya a killer 924 racecar for?! (trying to plan my next racecar - getting a FF or FC roller would really speed up the DSR build. )

I know where a smokin fast DSR is for sale up in WI though. All the wizzy aero updates have been added and the car isn't run because the driver didn't pass his medical. The price I was told was WAY less than it cost to build the car before all the aero updates and now it has all of aero.
Clark Lincoln is up in MI (can't remember off the top of my head) and he just did a DSR conversion on a mid 90's car.
A fun class for sure but I am no smart enough to run with those guys. They are some engineering masterminds in that class.

Yeah - I'm in the Detroit area, Clark's here, as is Staudacher, Novak too I think...
As easy/cheap as it would be to just grab someone else's stuff... I'd much rather not have to fix a bunch of stuff that's not done right... my very first racecar was the '24, and that's turned out rather well... still, PM me the info on that WI car - it's well within reach to get, if it makes sense...
