Anyone have a bearing puller for a 964 in Chicago?

Hi folks,

Looking to help out a fellow racer? I am looking for a rear wheel bearing puller in the Chicago area. Willing to trade you a nice Bordeaux for your time.

Thanks

Tristan - I assume you asked Sol? Maybe the Chicago area 964 guys need to buy one as a group? I'll get the Riedel Bordeaux glasses ready.... I'm told someone you know has a lift, too. :icon107:

I guess I'll have to buy one. The other option comes with a $140 per hour charge. Not doing that.

You mean a Bordeaux from South Africa Trist?

Azikara 06-05-2008 02:55 PM

No, France. I'll leave the Pinotage for South Africa.

Trist: I was kidding. Bordeaux is a region, Pinotage is a varietal from your home land. Good luck with the puller.

Tristan you can make one with readily available pieces from a good hardware store.

:T,
I have the Sir tool you can use. Dont know if the bearing is the same size as the 44 but I think it would work. Happy to trade for a nice 1982 or 2000 Left Bank 1st growth:) Let me know, i will be around this weekend.
