I will say no more.......

Except that the White run group has a 2 1/2 hr. lunch.
Plenty of time for a great BBQ and socialization, unless of course you want to alienate yourself in garage bay 26......

I think if every one attending our BBQ on pluto brings some of whatever they like to throw on the barbie, like hamburgers and hot dogs we should have a good old time......
Another possibility is to bring water and soft drinks for lunch and beer for after 5 pm.....

I'm looking to bring some marinated chicken and will try to remember plates, napkins, etc.

I'll also be with 4-5 other RTR members. With the group shaping up, we might need all of Pluto.

Hey Paolo - I'm totally inept at buying steak tips and nor do I have a cooler, etc. Since you're the Chef and have the know-how may I request that you pick up the meats and I'll gladly share the $$$ cost. I will bring some choice wine...for the evenings of course...to share. Fair enough???

Do you guys think you can live with that, or should we have it catered?........
Ah...I'm confused...will there be any driving at this event? Or are you guys just going to eat for 3 days?

Apparently we DO have run groups, 3 per day (2-25min., 1-30min)?

also FYI

We are still having our annual dinner in conjunction with our Watkins Glen DE. The dinner is Saturday night at the International Motor Racing Research Center, 610 S Decatur Street, Watkins Glen, NY 14891
(607) 535-9044.

The Center is a fantastic place to browse motor racing history, see some very outstanding examples of classic automobiles and see many outstanding motor racing photos from all over the US. The Center provides items for a silent auction and you can bid on the items during the evening. The proceeds of the silent auction support the Center.

The dinner is Saturday June 28 at the Center. We provide a catered dinner with wine and beer available for purchase. For those of you who have attended previously, you’ll recall the dinner and hors d’oeuvres are first class. Cocktails begin at 6:00 PM and dinner is served at about 6:30 – 6:45 PM. After dinner, the winners of the silent auction are announced.

Potomac has been a long time supporter of the Center so come on out and enjoy the Center, enjoy dinner and enjoy talking with your fellow Porsche enthusiasts.

Dinner is $20.00 per person and those 12 and under are free. We ask that you purchase your tickets Friday morning during registration at the track. We will make announcements during the day regarding the dinner and you can also purchase tickets Friday evening after the track goes cold and Saturday morning.
