Got home last night and had VM on machine from Pace regarding my door failure. Apparently someone within their company noticed the post passed it up the chain and had Corporate call me. Although the door thing was a bummer that single call from corporate was huge and appreciated. Addtionally Corp is tracking my repair and scheduling to have their trackside support rig inspect the new door installation and make any necessary adjustments while at 48H Sebring.

Thanks Charlie, things were progressing as expected with the dealer. My post had more to do with how surprised I was to get a call that I did not place due soley to R-list. This event (door failure) should never had occured but I often find the character of a man/company can be defined by how they deal with adversity. I am hopeful it all sorts out, at least on paper it is heading the correct direction.
