As many of you, Margo and I do a lot of Chin events. We think they do a great job and it's fun to run with them. Unfortunately, we canot make their upcoming Watkins Glen event Saturday-Sunday, October 27-28., but we hear they need a few more instructors. Instructors for Chin go free, and for this event, they will waive the $50 membership fee this one time for qualified instructors. For more information, go to:

They are also holding an open-track day on Friday for advanced groups only. I'm not sure this is included in the freebie, but even if it isn't, the price is right for the three days!

Two thumbs up for instructing with Chin; Mark runs a great event that is respectful of the instructors as well as the students and solo drivers.
I would be there if I didn't have a family conflict.
I believe the instructors get a discount on the Friday sessions.

Anybody that is a certified instructor I highly second and third and fourth and ................ running with Chin! They are a top notch organization and one that is an absolute joy to instruct for. If I didn't have a kiddo coming in a couple weeks I would be seriously considering going just to help cover the need for instructors. If you like the Glen, instruct, and have an itch to get to the track, then get your butt over to the Chin website and register!
