And another thing, 30 days and he is still in Green?
Either NNJR is very difficult region (not true, because I was soloed in yellow after 1 day with them) or the student is not ready to be anywherelse than Green...

Well if you don't mind this definition of you then no problemo.
Legendarily, "prima donnas" were often regarded as egotistical, unreasonable and irritable, with a rather high opinion of themselves, not shared by others.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
