I happened to turn it on just as it happened. WTF. Didn't see the checker or the car braking in front of him.

Second week in a row going airborne. That dude needs to forget playing lotto. His luck has to be used up.

Anyone want to take a shot at how much equip. he has destroyed over the last two races ?

I believe a roller goes for $350k

I don't know how much you can blame the Michigan wreck on him. I point that finger at Wheldon as did Dario. Which I understand that he might get a hefty fine for emailing Wheldon to ask him WTF. I don't like open wheel cars on ovals. It's really not that entertaining to me and it puts drivers at a huge risk for injury.

It's interesting that from the video you can see & hear that he didn't lift after crossing the checkered and just ran up on the car in front of him who ptu on his brakes (WTF was that about??)

I woouod imagine that they would keep up their speed for some distance after crossing the checkered but.....

It isn't that clear in this video but did anyone else notice the deflection of the safer barrier when Dario backed into it? Absolutely incredible that safety improvements that have been made in these cars compared to just ten years ago.
