Default Andy Lally & TRG - Amazing

Did any of you just watch the incredible drive by Andy Lally of TRG in the Rolex GT3 race at Iowa Speedway? How the guy comes from close to the rear to win the race is how legends are made.

He has done this time and time again. All you have to do is listen to what the Speed commentators have to say about Andy to know the calibre of his driving. He is truly one of the best sports-car racers ever. Speed announced that this was his 50th Rolex podium. Amazing!

Unfortunately for us, it looks as though another great is heading over to NASCAR. We wish him and the team all the best luck.

I saw that race yesterday. A truly remarkable drive. On top of that, his cool suit was not working in ungodly temps in Iowa. Congrats to Andy, TRG, Austin and everyone involved!!!

It makes me sick to my stomach when all these driver's say they want to go to NASCAR.

Pete, what would you do? Minimum wage vs. Millions. No brainer, you go drive that 3500# brick. Sure it takes seriously skill to drive those aero nightmares but money talks.

I know, I know Dell. Maybe I'm more of a purist than I originally thought. It's like fighting an uphill battle with a 900# gorilla or anyother cliche's you can think of

Where has Lally said he's going to NASCAR?

I sure hope Rahal and Marco don't sell out.

He's following Colin Braun... I guess money talks as which would you rather drive, a 3500lb tank or a race prepared GT3???

[QUOTE=Congo]Where has Lally said he's going to NASCAR?/QUOTE]

They said it during the telecast on Speed yesterday. He's going to try the Busch series. Mentioned he needed a lot of money to do it right.
