Non-PCA AutoCross Events - Sacramento area?
 

Does anyone know how I could find out about non-PCA autocross events in the greater Sacramento area? I'd really like to get some more seat time without having to travel all over the place. I just dropped some coin on a set of wheels and Kumhos, and I'd love to put them to more use!

You might start at www.scca.org, where you should be able to find a group near you putting on Solo II (autocross) events. Here in Seattle the local SCCA Solo II events draw some 180-200+ drivers. There may also be numerous other smaller local clubs that put on their own events, too. (Over-)Active autocrossers in either PCA or SCCA should be able to hook you up. :D

Thanks! I found their schedule etc on the web - looks like I can burn thru at least one set of kumhos this summer!
