Post You Can Almost Smell the Rubber...

I am pleased to announce that Rennlist has developed and has opened a new dedicated Racing Website at https://rennlist.com/racing/. While I’ll let you discover many of the new features for yourself – here is a short list of things you can do in that site…

After many requests, I am finally making available the Rennlist Opening Web Photographs (https://rennlist.com) as desktop downloads. These are the series that I try to update on a regular basis when someone first visits Rennlist. Enjoy…

Team Standings, Driver Bios, Crew Bios – and folks “behind the scenes” who make it all happen. For example – did you know that The Racer's Group was the fastest car in the GT class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans preliminary testing session with a time of 4:10.081? You do know they are the Porsche Factory backed team – right? Did you also know that TRG also is the current points leader in the American Grand-Am series?

Desktop Wallpapers. Aside from the cover shots, you can also download images in various resolutions for your own use…

Poster Sales – where the proceeds go to support The Racers Group as they launch their attack on LeMans for that 24 hour race…

Discussion Forum – a dedicated Web Discussion Forum for Team progress, updates, etc. You can even as the Team Owners, Drivers and crew questions that they try to respond to in that public Forum. Or just stop by and wish them luck in their planned races…

In the next few days, watch for an announcement of a VIP Package for folks who are planning on attending LeMans this year – this package will be simply “the Best of the Best” of everything that both LeMans and the Local Region of France have to offer…

Finally, if you are a Rennlist Member – this is *your* team, so I hope that you share in the pride of their success. And if anyone asks you about your passion for Porsche – just tell them *you* have a team who won the Rolex 24 hour, your team is in first place in the Grand-Am series – and your team is mounting an attack in the most prestigious event in motor-sports today – LeMans 2002

Enjoy,

John D.

You did an Outstanding job on the racing website. You and your STAFF sure worked over time on making it First Class.

Now we just need to beat the drum and generate enthusiasm amoung the Rennlist community.

YES!!!!! This is fantastic!!! Great job on the website. It looks really good. There are only two things I would like to see. 1. Make the forum the same version as this one, it will give the racing site more continuity with this one. In the future, maybe have an area for Porsche Club Racing and SCCA racing. I think that could really help bring this community together more and create value for both the Rennlist and the participants. Once again, great job, It's now my Homepage.

Cheers, James Achard
