Do they grow on trees down in VA?

There's a 24' enclosed FS by my office for $7K..
So maybe they do grow on trees

Ed Newman 09-16-2006 08:08 PM

How much do you want to spend?

Jerseybean 09-16-2006 08:47 PM

8-15K if possible. The only thing I need is a winch. I've eaten one too many donuts for me try and attempt to climb out of the car in a trailer.

I put a door on the driver's side so that you can simply open the driver's door of the car and step out.

I've found that many car doors do not clear inside fender. That is the problem with my Pace American Shadow and my gt3. So a side door in the trailer will not help. Many people put 2x12's on floor to clear inside fender but I don't want to do that.

Jupe,
Performance trailers in flanders has two ATC trailers for 14k with not much in them, with floors, winch, tax everything came to 18k+, more than I wanted to pay -- I also dont like dealing with them, plus I only have two more events this year. The big problem is that I dont want to trailer a cup car on an open trailer...

Jersey -

I only paid $10.5K for my (Thule un-branded) 24' all aluminum trailer brand new from CT Trailers ( http://www.cttrailers.com/ ). Certainly plain jane, plywood unfinished walls and floor but easily upgradeable. A winch can't be more than a $500 add-on I would think?
