How long b/w rebuilds?

You never know how much a rebuild will cost before you open but a good starting point is $18,000. $12,000 for parts and 6,000 for labor
I had a 964 RSR that did more than 60 hrs and when they opened it it looked new...

Why not just sell the 993 tt and get a GT3 to run in B? Competion is sometimes light. On the plus side you'd make back the initial cost in upkeep.

Almost forgot, the GT3 will be near 100% reliable. No packing up early and watching the other guys having fun,
You've had your share of early exits. Time to have fun

Alan,
I know what you are saying but PCA is actually the last club racing series I would want to run. The street GT3 could only run w/ PCA. I have always liked the look of the 993 RSR's and if the price is right and is also competitive in many series (i.e. HSR, NASA, PCA) then it may be the one I should buy.
Thanks

Tim,
I think Craig Freese may be selling his RS CS with a fresh engine. Not an RSR but more reasonable on the upkeep side. It should fit right into GT3S in NASA and be very comptitive.

I always felt a big class made you a better driver.

Greg, Sorry the Cup.
Mike, I meant that there are times when there aren't too many cars in B. I'd shoot for the guy ahead of me no matter what class. As always, you may find guys a class down quicker than you anyway.

$18K?
I have a 3.8 RS motor was more like $24K. parts $14K-$16K and then labor. As usual it depends on what you are replacing. If you are running it around 8K gonna be lots.
