For those of us that have scales, dealing with the cord for the pads and the lack of anything other that a display for readings is a little bit of a pain (especially if you do it frequently for a shop). I just found a new Intercomp setup. Cordless pads (small tranmitter on each one) and then all info transmitted to a PDA that can be downloaded. This seems like a pretty cool setup. The pads are the same if you have an older Intercomp setup, but there is no upgrade. It would most likely be pretty expensive though judging by the initial price. Nice new technology. Hopefully as with anything, the price will come down.
