CV products was the first place I tried. They only had Porsche in the correct font in a 10" x 3/4" size. Seems kinda small for the back of the shoulder area.
I'll have to see if someone can scan the name, digitize it and then embroider it along with other stuff.

Embroidery work can be done by the same places that do school team wear. Check your local yellow pages. They may have a source for Nomex. If in the Carolina area check with CV products in Thomasville. #336.472.2242.
