Oil surge & slicks

I am interested if anyone knows instances of standard Porsches (post 98) suffering oil surge when raced on slicks at the track & if any motor damage was experienced.

Porsche offers a deeper sump mod for Motorsports usage for this reason. Check with your dealer. However, installation of said part will void your warranty.
