Default 4 Channel Racing ABS

I finally secured a used 4 channel Racing ABS brain, part number 993.618.125.70R from a 993RSR. Interestingly enough, this was on ebay of all places. In any case, I had thought that you might be able to remove the eeprom from the brain, copy it, and install it into the brain of a 993TT or C4S, however, there are no removable chips inside. The chips have "Porsche Cup - 64" written on them which I assume is a version number. So there goes that theory. I do have a stock 993TT/C4S brain as well and am going to try them both on the track to see the difference.

It's not difficult to desolder a chip and either solder in another, or solder in a socket allowing for future plug/unplug, if that chip is indeed the only difference.
