Good point John. I think that the main thrust here is that you should never just casually cruise around the track during warmup or cool down. If you are driving off-line for a learning purpose, that is what DEs are for. BTW I find that I have to drive off-line quite a bit due to all the courteous and friendly people waving me by! Re: your post!
