Yeah... 25 minutes to register. Painful.

According to this, they've moved the wall back by 10ft at the kink, plus added safer barriers. Anyone actually seen this in person?

Yes. I saw the extra safer barrier layer this past Sunday during the IMSA race. I couldn't tell they moved the positioning by 10 feet, though. You can see the extra layer when walking down the foot path from Canada Corner.

yes it is true but the new track out will knock the best fillings out of your mouth or in clarke's case, all his wooden teeth

I tested there Tuesday-Wednesday after the IMSA race in the NSX GT3-- the biggest change is they about doubled the width of the exit curbing. I don't worry about the walls........

Also, I'm not sure if it's just me or not but the entry into the last corner seems 2x as bumpy as last year. It seemed pretty smooth the first year or 2 after the repave in 2014 (i think), but now it seems worse than before.

12 SPBs so far. Not bad.

Really looking forward to getting back to the Midwest and racing RA with you all.

Seems like there's a little less DE time than usual, but still not stopping me from making the annual haul up to WI...

I see:

1) 5 x 30 minutes on Friday (9, 10:30, 1, 2:30 and 4)
2) 3 x 25 minutes on Saturday (8, 10:05 and 1:10)
3) 2 x 30 minutes on Sunday (8 and 9:50)

Have fun. Be safe.

Talk to me when you are paying club race prices for the number of sessions we get...
