A few laps on the old pavement. I have some video from last year with quicker laps but never had a chance to edit it to post.

What August DE are you thinking about? I'd like to get down there for a few days in advance of the club race in September.

Sounds like either PCA Potomac in early Aug or Chin the following weekend.

Awesome track - like Lime Rock on steroids. Here is an old video on the old pavement from my 2006 Cayman which you should be able to easily translate to your SPC.

PM me your email and I'll send you my track notes.

PCA Potomac runs a nice event, so does Chin.

At Racers360 we have a track breakdown for Summit Point: https://racers360.com/racecar-driver...cetrack-guide/. Short and sweet. Also just as an FYI to anyone wondering we actually have these for over 30 tracks in the U.S. and that will likely be over 40 by the end of the month. Hope this helps!

+1

I always tell people if you like Lime Rock you are going to love Summit Point. There is a similarity between the two tracks and I feel very much at home there, aside from the deer.

While I have not seen a deer on track I did almost hit one right before the main gate.

There was a fawn at the toe of the boot of WGI when I was there a few weeks ago.

I'll be signing up for the Chin event in my street RS as my Cup is stuck in South Carolina.

I'm happy to help out anyone else who will be there that weekend. I am almost as fast as Cory ;-p

Thanks all, this is very helpful.

I'm looking at the PCA DE Aug 2-4.

Trying to do some laps on the Sim before I get there.... God this is a short busy track. And I thought CMP, my home track is busy... 😁

I didn't know you guys were doing this, thanks for the heads up. BTW - Your online coaching is really helpful, I've used it a couple of times this year and it has improved my times, thanks for your help.

What region is 8/2-8/4? Thanks. May finally get there. Always wanted to run SP main.
And if I do go for the first time, Iíd love to have someone in my right seat to help get me on the line. Iíll take it from there.
What region?
