Center wheel caps
Silly question maybe. Should I remove my Porsche wheel caps b4 a DE? And besides the obvious of losing one, is there any wheel/hub cooling benefits? I like the looks of the wheels with them on but what say you all? TIA.

If you like the way the wheels look with them on, remove the caps prior to your session so that you’ll have all 4 to put back on afterwards...just my experience

Keep in mind that when you track your wheels will get hot. That means that those plastic caps will deform slightly. They will still adhere to the wheels but will rotate, no longer will fit tight.

Take 'em off. I took them off when I got my new OZ wheels 2 seasons ago and haven't put 'em back on since. That was 100 + track days ago, but this is a track dedicated car, no street.
I'd be concerned with the heat that the plastic caps might be subject to as mentioned above as well. Good advice. Easily deformed at high temps.
