That would work, but $72 to cross the GW...looking at it some more, I think I'll go NJTP to Rt 18 through Rutgers, then 287 to 87 to 84. Little bit longer, but I won't be in a rush on the way up Thursday

that also works, if you're trying to avoid GWB then instead of going 95 to 18 to 287, do 95, to 80, to rt 17 and straight to 87. More of a straight shot.

I'm not commercial, but I am over 10k GVWR and over the length restriction too
I stay well away from the NY metro area and go up 476 to 84. Google says it's 20 min longer but it's well worth it. We could meet up on the way if you want.

Edit: I just looked at the registration documents and I was excited to see Woodman had a reserved space. Then I saw that the map was from 2015.

Fisby and Hoosier Tire east.

Didn't realize the old map went out. Will get that corrected.

On a route I would avoid the GWB so I would swing out West perhaps into Penn. Several ways to get to 84 to cross the Hudson. Probably longer but more hassle free than going through the NY Metro area.

Then up 22 and some not too bad back roads into the track. Or Route 7 all the way up from 84.

Sean.. What is the motivation to move to vintage? Just curious of the thought process.

Thanks, Don

5 cars in E
16 in VO - plus single run group for vintage

really don't like being the lowest class in a run group with a very high speed differential at LRP - i.e 5 seconds from GTB1 and I don't like running with a lot of people I don't know in that scenario

in the end just personal preference for what I think will be the most fun

If E had been grouped with SPB - would have stayed in E because the racing would be great

Excellent. I am sure you will enjoy it. I have had a blast the 3 times I raced with them. Good cleaning respectful group. Also, you can remove any ballast and change out to a chip with out the stock rev limiter.

Look for Fred Pfeiffer, Vintage Group Coordinator, on Thursday, he will have your Vintage Group hat, stickers, patch and class letters for you. I think he is also planning a vintage group social gathering for sometime on Friday.

Now at 23 for Vintage Group at Lime Rock.

Now I’m even more disappointed I won’t be there. Wish we could get more cars signed up for the Vintage Group at Mid-Ohio.

Rules change - all races count for points at all tracks this year. In order to make sure LRP is still well attended by those chasing points, they added a sprint.

That along with moving it back a week were both good decisions imho (as opposed to the Glen cutting the enduro so ppl get home quicker lol)

On the plus side they're all on Saturday, which is a good thing given that Friday is looking like a washout....
