I guess you can never make everyone happy but IMO it would have made sense to put GTB cars with the cup cars and the SP cars with the letter classes. SPBs on their own. More even performance wise. GTB and E/F/G cars have quite a bit of performance gap in such a short track

Nice turnout for the Vintage Group: 21 air-cooled cars, with one or two more possible. Should be fun for the racers and spectators. Wish I could be there.

Run groups are never perfect. Last year GTB1 was with the Cups and it worked well because the Cup drivers were all locals with tons of experience. Problems always arise when the fast guys in the slower car class run similar lap times as the backmarkers of the faster car class. Qualifying at Lime Rock is always interesting as you really only have the first 1 - 2 laps without traffic, especially with only one warm-up lap under double yellow.
Wishing everybody a good race. Wish I could be there!

No, definitely not too late. You can even switch during the weekend if you want.
it would be great to get a few more cars in the run group.

Looking at the weather report it looks like we may be complaining that it will be too warm! Hope the forecast remains stable.

I've done some searching here, but what's the general consensus on a route from the mid-Atlantic (coming up NJTP) with a big trailer? I know about the parkways in NY and CT, but I can't seem to get a clear answer on whether or not I'm allowed on the GSP past exit 105. I'm not commercial, but I am over 10k GVWR and over the length restriction too

I drive from central jersey and the way i usually go is NJTP/95 through GW Bridge, 87 to 287, then to 684. From there to rt 22. I dont think you can be on GSP at all, or any of the NY parkways for that matter.
