Include my entire comment before criticizing just a part of it.
While I am "inexperienced", when it comes to DE events, it's my understanding that the DE in question was not a race.
Perhaps you misunderstood my comment, or you did not read all of it. What I was getting at is, an experienced race driver would drive defensively in a DE event and not let an inexperienced driver even get close.
While I don't have your experience and "wins" in DE events, I do know how to drive on a race track and how to avoid other cars.
