Default PCA Sebring Clubrace Pink enduro shuffle question

still being new to all of this....

what was the reason/goal for the Pink/CupCar shuffle during the black flag intermission in the pit?

then we got rolled out and stopped again in T3; I guess to enable space for the shuffle?
at least it was shorter than last year's shuffle.

does anything get communicated about this during the race on the race control channel or something? I was unaware of how/what/how long etc.

what can I do to be better informed? or even benefit from a situation like this.

Problem was that the pace car missed the leader. This happens mostly when the leader does not slow down enough during a double yellow.

As a driver all you can do is wait until the Scruts give you direction as to what to do and the field is reordered to the last lap running order. It is usually easier to reorder on track than in the narrow hot pits.
