What hobbies do you pursue during track off-season ?

I was a ranked junior and played on a tennis scholarship in ncaa div 1
still compete in itf senior tournaments
they are both hard, specifically to stay focused and "on it" for long periods of time
both require spacial awareness at high speed, and both require fast hands

You're not a senior, I'm 10 years older (58) and still play on 18+ leagues. Love beating the kids...
Tennis is a lot more dangerous at my age, broke a finger last summer, almost broke my foot last month (brace helped)
and am always recovering from groin and knee injuries. My brain thinks I'm still 38 but the body disagrees.

I volunteer as a high school tennis coach, and man those 17 year olds have live arms!
I hope you're hitting the gym;I know i need to now more than ever.

Car guys post here for support :-) and sit in their cars making sure the belts and seat still fit after all the holiday eating...making vroom vroom noises while waiting for their next "Fix" as soon as the tracks open up...
Oh, and in addition I am building another cage for a friend... I might be welding, but im still technically "IN" a race-car :-)
