Since 964s and 993s already run together in G, no reason to not include 993s at a heavier weight.
Don't know how prepared cars would work - maybe add even more weight.

Might be time to put a cage in my 964 (would be a G car if I raced it). This could be a fun class and Clarke and others have proven that a well driven SC/Carrera in E trim can compete and beat 964s head to head so I don't see any reason not to include the 964 in this if it happens.

This is correct but the 964 can also run in I class w/ a MAF as someone did in a RSA years ago but clearly not competitive. So F, G, H and I.

I had forgotten to include the impact of following rule that is in the "prepared" section:
"Substitution of carburetors or mechanical fuel injection for CIS or Motronic systems on 911’s, engine unmodified from intake port to exhaust port, progresses up two stock classes."

A 2.0 race engine like yours costs more than a good 911SC "E" car. Not sure the rules will allow unlimited engines (hope not!). Put in a stock engine, you'll
save so much on rebuilds

If I were king of PCA / could do this from scratch I would:
Include all 911s in D-G (plus H prep) and take the following into account (my interpretation of +s and -s for each of these)
D 911s (don't know much about them)
E 911s have crappy small brakes and the fuel injectors (I think) are too small to handle the "free" chips and exhaust but have good gearing with 15" wheels
964s have better brakes but still not great + abs but the worst stock gearing of probably any stock Porsche ever made (4th gear goes to 141 w/ 275s), esp RSAs w/ 3.33 r&p. Also the fuel injectors are pathetic and can hit 100% duty cycle on a factory motor w/ chip and exhaust.
993s have slightly better brakes than 964s, multi-link suspension, fuel injectors large enough to handle tuning and better gearing than 964s but not better than E's on 15"s.
It wouldn't do much for costs but to level the field besides p/w I would keep PCA stock rules except allow fuel injectors, brakes and R&P to be free (to allow 964s to compete w/ 15s). This would also allow the more important prepared mods to be allowed (but no race ABS or flared fenders etc.)
Taking into account real world dyno info and looking at 911 track records (yes I realize the driver factor here) have the weights at something like:
SCs Euro = 2,592 (-110#s)
3.2s = 2,669 (-110#s) (not sure if this is possible? maybe allow fiberglass hoods to help out, same w/ SC)
964 = 2,910 (unchanged for G, minus 270 for F 964s)
993 (all) = 3,094 (unchanged for 96-98, + 44 for '95)
Basically give E 911s a 110 lb weight reduction, 964s all at current g stock weight, make all 993s the same weight & keep all PCA stock rules except make the following free: fuel injectors, brakes and R&P.
