Road Atlanta - finally some upgrades!
Getting some wheel and tire work done at L2 Motorsports next door to Road Atlanta this morning and coincidentally they were about to demolish the old press tower. Stopped by just in time to see the first ceremonial bite. So glad to see some investment in my home town track. Lot's of construction planned it seems.

That tower was built in 1970. Time for a new one!

I haven't been to RA in 3 years and am planning on going back next April. I can't wait. I've only driven 4 days at that track and it really started to click! And the English pub and fancy lodging makes it sweet!
I'm thinking that new tower will need a well placed Dicktona sticker.....eh Luigi?

Home track - I'll be there the weekend before Thanksgiving with MVP. I'll try to take some pictures. We'll be on the pro paddock side.

I was just there last week with Chin. We had to use the pro paddock due to the construction. Pit out and pit in are a little trickier with other traffic on course but everyone adapted well. You may be using the pro paddock for your race in April as construction may not be complete by then.
