Still unable to get ahold of Traqmate support to get status on the Traqdash HD system I sent in 8 weeks ago. Phone calls and emails not returned. I suppose I’ll send a registered letter via USPS to see if I can get some answers. Not trying to be a jerk, but just want to get my system back and installed in the car.
Anyone near Alpharetta, GA who knows Glenn, or could even drop by his place of business?

Positive Update.
Finally heard from Glenn at Traqmate last week. Very apologetic, he’s been busy with his new work, etc. Anyhoo, he tested my system, diagnosed the problem and replaced the circuit board. Tests good now.
I got the system back this week and it looks great. Can’t wait to reinstall it and make sure it works.

I know that this is an old thread, but I have had no luck in contacting Glenn and I need some Traqmate support. Specifically I need the DIN to locking cable converter which is shown on the website as NLA. If anyone know the pinout of this cable, I can probably cobble one together. That’s very nice of Glenn to continue supporting his products, even after terminating the business. He was super helpful once I got in touch with him a few years ago.
