Default Cayman Interseries Wheel size for GTB1?

Hey All. Looking for advice on wheel width and ET's front and rear for my 2011 Cayman Interseries car. It currently has 245's up front and 305 rear on BBS 3 piece 9" & 10". Looking to go to 265's up front. May run some PCA GTB1 events. Any help would be great! Wheel brand, 1 or 3 piece, etc...

You should be able to run the 265s up front on the same wheels. Depending on how low your car is, you will definitely need to roll your fenders.

Thanks Frank! Any advice on wheel brand/size for a spare set of wheels? I purchased the car with no spares and want to get the right wheels. Not married to the BBS or any other brand, 1pc vs. 3pc etc.. Thanks again

For slicks, I run either three piece Forgelines or a set of one piece Forgelines. They are both super strong but the three piece wheels are easier to repair when bent (I tent to bend 3-4 wheels a season) but they are much heavier than the one piece. I’ve had two of the three piece wheel centers crack after about 3 full race seasons. I was actually surprised that they are lasting this long.

I run the OZ Alleggerita with rain tires. They are super light and bend super easy, hence I only use them with rains. I can check the wheels over the coming days for offsets.

I always run various spacer combinations to optimize clearances on all the wheels.

Rear offset is critical to get right since there isn't much wiggle room with a 10" wheel and wide slick. Shoot for ET 38-40. Easier to err on the side of positive offset and then add 3-5mm spacer +/- fender roll.

Front offset ET46 + fender roll depending on tire width.
