Not guilty?
I'm no lawyer so tell me how the hell this guy is going to plead "not guilty" to all of the charges here? What's his angle? Blaming the dealership for poor reporting standards that gave him the opportunity to steal? Bad childhood?
I'd think that pleading guilty (or even no contest if that's available) and taking your medicine is the best possible outcome for him.

You always plead not guilty so that you can negotiate a plea. No one pleads guilty when charged.
