There are actually 12 cars signed up so far. 9 teams are running the sprints and the 6-hour. There are 3 teams that are only running the 6 hour enduro.
KEEP THE SIGNUPS COMING!! WE CAN DO THIS!

It's on Motorsportsreg. com
Here is the link.

We'll do a better job of posting that on the Club Race website. Thanks for the heads up!

Rocky Mountain Thunder Club Race

Folks, we’re just over 4 weeks away from the PCA Club Race at High Plains Raceway featuring 3 Sprint races and the first ever 6-hr Super Enduro.
If you want to see multi-hour endurance racing become a part of the PCA Club Race offerings, then its really important that you come out for this race.
Your participation will send a huge positive message to the PCA folks, letting them know you want this! Not participating, sends a different message.
So register now and head out to Colorado in September and make this inaugural race a resounding success!

I am pleased to tell you the HOOSIER TIRE will be awarding a COMPLETE SET OF TIRES to EACH winner of the Super Enduro Group 3 and Group 4 in the upcoming Inaugural 6-Hour Enduro race at High Plain Raceway on September 16th.
This is GREAT prize! (I wish I were running in one of those groups)
A HUGE "THANK YOU" to HOOSIER TIRE for helping us kick-off the Inaugural 6-Hour Enduro Race at HPR!
We have many other awards and prizes for the 6-Hour Race. (stay tuned for potential tire awards for other Super Enduro groups)
So, if you were looking for that last incentive to enter the 6-hour... here it is.
Let me know if you have any questions on the 6-hour.
See you at the track!
Thanks

Mike
it required a recovery period, but I won the inaugural WRL 24 (at HPR) in 2016 in a fully PCA legal SPB.
The series has upped its game a bit and a 2.5L SPB is overmatched in GP1 class. Add ballast and run in GP2.
Point being, the SPB was perfectly capable and successful. There are still a number of SPBs running WRL.
