Default First Radical SR3 Race at Area 27 Motorsports Park

Area 27 was completed last summer. It was designed by Jacques Villeneuve. It is located in Oliver BC in the heart of wine country, and is a gorgeous track.
Qualified p4, and finished 3rd due to Chris spinning on lap 11
Enjoy the race.

Thanks,I believe they will build the amenities, and begin hosting larger races in future years. I moved out here from Toronto because of the beauty, and powder skiing! There is also Lake Okanagan in addition to the mountains.

This place is so cool. The track layout is a lot of fun and for being relatively low speed it is plenty technical. The staff there is awesome too. I got to visit last summer for the Camaro ZL1 1LE press show and we were all quite impressed with the track and the surroundings. The views are spectacular. It must be a blast to race there in a Radical. Are any of the garages in yet?

I agree-total Blast!

I believe the garages and ClubHouse will be built this fall.

Great looking track to race on, nice flow and elevation change. Congrats on the result. Say hi to Chris from me next time you race. Great to see you all getting out in the Radicals and racing on the West Coast of Canada.

Qualified 4th out of 5 cars (I only saw 1 car in his mirrors).
Best lap 1:54 lap 2 followed by a bunch of 2:09's, very inconsistent. Misses most of his apexes....
Boring footage
Nice looking track

Brian, if you would have paid attention, you'd see that the 1:54 was a pace lap through a bypass, not a complete lap.
Each lap got quicker actually as tires warmed and fuel burned
correct 4/5 in quali as 6th car pulled out with a mechanical
The three cars ahead of me are driven by drivers racing full time in Radical North American Series and the leader also races Ferrari Challenge
thanks for your feedback
Maybe start a thread with some of your footage to help teach me and others

Please show us your race videos with you contesting in a complete field of cars.

Kudo’s to the OP for posting the video. Yes, it’s not edited, but so what, you can skip through. Racing is very difficult, and showing others your progress on the journey takes courage and humility- I should know LOL!

Andre, I'm enjoying following your season. Great work and perseverance in spite of the fires!
I appreciate your support. In lieu of video editing, I say I leave pits at 90 second mark in video description.
Could use some help with video editing
